Welcome to the
annual Flathead Lake
3on3. This 3-on-3
basketball tournament is played in the streets of
downtown Polson, July 27nd - 29th just a slam dunk away from
beautiful
Flathead Lake.
Please join
us for one of the most fun and popular athletic events
in Montana. Financial support provided mainly through
team fees and corporate sponsors has enabled
3on3 to
donate its net proceeds to local charities. Play hard,
laugh a lot and lend a hand to this charitable event.
Signup either by email or
print and fax your registration form. Registration
forms received by July 17 are guaranteed entry into the
tournament. No entries will be accepted after July 22.
Event organizers reserve the right to limit the number
of participating teams.
How to Register
To enter a team in the tournament, fill out the
registration form as completely and as clearly as
possible and send it along with your entry fee to:

All participants must sign their team’s entry form to
signify their agreement with the information contained
on it.
Make sure all information is legible and complete.
Include a check, money order or cashiers check for the
team entry fee.

Do not send cash.
Packet Pickup
Any registered team participant may pick up his/her
team’s packet between the hours of 6
p.m. and 8 p.m. at 3on3 headquarters at center court
on the corner of Main and Fourth Street.
There is only one packet per team! You must know your
team name, number, and have your confirmation letter to
obtain your packet. You will find when and where you
play your first game during packet pickup.
Bracket Information
Brackets will be
completed by Flathead lake 3on3 organizers. Most are self
explanatory by the divisions a team signs up for:
- However in
Youth divisions, brackets will be based on the
oldest player’s age.
- In the adult
divisions older players can play down, however,
younger players cannot play up.
Team Information
Each team consists of three or four
players. All games must start with at least 3 players on
each team. Any number of players (1,2,3) may complete a
game. Teams with 3 or 4 players pay the same entry fee.
ALL TEAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING A SCORE KEEPER.
Players must be registered on only 1 team. Remember,
player heights will be checked and improper entry form
information could lead to players or teams being
disqualified from the tournament. Replacement players
must be of similar age, height and playing experience.
All player changes must be approved by Event Organizers.
No changes will be allowed after July 19.

Sportsmanship Pledge
All players must realize that they are
responsible for their own actions. Profanity and
fighting will not be tolerated!
• First incident with use of profanity will result in a
five minute suspension. Second offense will result in
disqualification from the game.
• Any player fighting will be disqualified from the
tournament.
Tournament Information
Team captains should verify player
information for each of his/her players before
submitting the team registration form.
PLAYERS SUBMITTING INACCURATE INFORMATION ON THEIR
REGISTRATION FORM MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE
TOURNAMENT.
Incomplete information submitted on this form may cause
your entry to be returned to you for completion, which
could cause your team to lose its place in the
tournament. Players not officially registered are not
allowed on any team.
